Forensic reviews of the NQBot stack

Internal architecture audits, paper-trade post-mortems, and prompt/gate tuning reviews. These are research artifacts — they describe what the system actually did, including the parts that did not work. They are not advice and they are not signals.

Codex Pipeline Forensic Review

A blunt outside review of the Codex53 / Codex54 / Codex55 main traders and the CodexF / Codex54F / Codex55F fade lanes. Quantifies signal attrition across the LLM, value-entry stalker, suspicion gate, location discipline, and Vanta execution-guard layers, identifies where the pipeline collapsed from ~150 signals/day to zero, and recommends a course.

Lanes covered: Codex53, Codex54, Codex55, CodexF, Codex54F, Codex55F Window: 2026-04-05 → 2026-05-15
Note: All findings on this page reference paper-trading sessions only. No live capital was at risk in any of the lanes analyzed. Reviews intentionally include numbers that look bad — that is the point. Hiding the bad numbers would defeat the purpose of an audit.
